Request Deletion Without the App

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, email support@agrovahini.in and ask us to delete your Agro Vahini account and associated personal data. Include:

The email address or mobile number registered with your account.
Whether it is a customer or delivery partner account.

For your security: never include your OTP, password, payment details, or identity documents in the email. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.

Delete Directly in the App

You can request deletion of your Agro Vahini account directly from within the app — no need to contact support first. Here's how:

Open the Agro Vahini app and go to Profile → Account Settings.

Tap Delete Account.

Read the confirmation warning carefully, then confirm your request.

You will be signed out immediately once the request is submitted.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

After an in-app request, or after support verifies an emailed request, your account is placed into a 30-day pending-deletion period. During this time, you will not be able to sign in to Agro Vahini using the same account identifier.

This waiting period exists as a security measure — to protect against accidental or unauthorised deletion requests — and to give you a short window to contact support if you change your mind or believe the request wasn't made by you.

After 30 Days

Once the 30-day period has passed, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted from our systems. At that point, the same email or Google account can be used to sign up for Agro Vahini again as a brand-new account, starting fresh.

What Data is Deleted

Delivery partner application, vehicle details, and KYC documents	Permanently deleted after 30 days, except records that must be retained for security or legal compliance
Order history	Retained for accounting/legal record-keeping, with personal details removed

We retain minimal order records (such as transaction amounts and dates) beyond the 30-day window only where required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance purposes, with personally identifying details removed wherever possible.
