Acceptance of Terms
By creating a customer or delivery partner account, or by using either Agro Vahini app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Service Description & Area
Agro Vahini is a hyperlocal grocery and essentials delivery platform. The Service is currently available only within Alwar, Rajasthan, and only on Android devices. We may expand our service area or platform availability in the future, at our discretion.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. For security, an account can only be signed in on one device at a time.
Orders & Pricing
Product prices, discounts, and availability are set by Agro Vahini and may change at any time. An order is confirmed only once payment is verified (for online payments) or once placed (for cash on delivery). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to item unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking, and cash on delivery, depending on availability. You agree to pay the full order amount, including any applicable delivery fees, at the time of ordering.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown in the app and are approximate, not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, order volume, or other factors outside our control. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
Delivery Partner Terms
Delivery partner accounts require application review and approval by Agro Vahini. Applying does not guarantee approval or access to delivery assignments. Delivery partners agree to:
- Provide accurate account, vehicle, and KYC information and submit only authentic documents they are authorised to use.
- Keep their account secure, never share access or OTPs, and use only one authorised account.
- Go online only when available to accept and safely complete deliveries.
- Update order statuses honestly and promptly and provide the correct delivery confirmation.
- Use customer names, phone numbers, addresses, and order information only to complete assigned deliveries.
- Follow applicable traffic, safety, and transport laws and treat customers and staff respectfully.
- Handle any cash collected for cash-on-delivery orders according to Agro Vahini's operational instructions.
Agro Vahini may reject an application or suspend or deactivate a partner account for false documents, unsafe conduct, fraud, misuse of customer data, repeated unjustified cancellations, or violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. This includes providing accurate delivery information, treating delivery partners with respect, and not using the Service for any fraudulent or abusive purpose. See our Community Guidelines for more detail.
Intellectual Property
The Agro Vahini name, logo, app, and all related content are the property of Agro Vahini and may not be copied, modified, or used without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agro Vahini is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including delays, service interruptions, or issues arising from third-party platforms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate a customer or delivery partner account if we reasonably believe the user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unsafe activity, provided false application details, or misused the Service. You may stop using the Service or request deletion of your account at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Alwar, Rajasthan.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
