Delivery Areas
Agro Vahini currently delivers only within Alwar, Rajasthan. We do not ship items outside this area at this time. If your address falls outside our service area, the app will let you know before you can place an order.
Delivery Timelines
Most orders are delivered the same day, typically within 20–40 minutes of being placed, depending on your location within the service area, order volume, and delivery partner availability. Estimated delivery time is shown in the app at checkout and while your order is in progress.
Delivery Charges
A delivery fee applies to orders below a minimum order value, shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Orders above the minimum threshold may qualify for free delivery — the current threshold is always visible in your cart.
Order Inspection
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery where possible. If anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect, let your delivery partner know immediately, and also report it through the app.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
As a grocery and essentials platform, Agro Vahini does not offer traditional product "exchanges" or returns by shipping items back. Instead, if an item is damaged, spoiled, missing, or incorrect on arrival, report it within 24 hours through the app or by contacting support, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Perishable Items
Fresh produce, dairy, and other perishable items are sourced and packed to be delivered the same day. Because of their nature, these items cannot be returned once accepted, but any quality issue identified on delivery should still be reported immediately for a replacement or refund.
